Originally crafted by the Goff family, its lineage endured until 1918 when Major Lakin and Lady Kathleen Fitzgerald became its stewards.
Transitioning hands in 1961, the Young family reimagined it into a multifaceted haven a guesthouse, a restaurant, and an equestrian center, introducing polocrosse to Ireland.
Today, the guardianship of Horetown House lies with the White family.
Led by the wedding coordinators Kate and Niamh, along with extended family members, they ardently uphold its authenticity, sharing its timeless allure with others.
